Fiona has always had a passion for design, art, fashion, and most of all, baking cakes.  Her passion has steadily increased to a profession, leading her to create edible works of art that are often the talking piece of an event.

For over 6 years Fiona has been designing couture wedding cakes, including her own.  Her belief is that a wedding cake or a celebration cake should be the talking point of any event, and therefore creates show-stopping creations of edible art work - making your day just that little bit more special.
